Adelaide is an independent folk/rock artist based in Chicago. Their music touches on themes of heartache and coming-of-age. Much of Adelaide’s inspiration comes from their friendships, admiring nature, and processing intimacy. Their third musical project “The Raindrops Were Kisses” will be released on September 22nd.

Sydney Cramer is a multi-instrumentalist musician, songwriter, and performer of nearly 8 years. For fans of Mannequin Pussy, Slow Pulp, and Horsegirl, Sydney’s new wave-shoegaze-indie rock influences shine through with her guitar drenched in ethereal overdrive. On her most recent EP release “Three Legs” Sydney explores themes of change, loss, heartbreak, and returning to her Midwestern roots.

Rain Garden emerged in 2019 from the makeshift bedroom studio of vocalist/guitarist Miranda Dianovsky. After releasing her debut EP Cancer Season she recruited then drummer Harley Reid and another college friend to begin playing the music live around Peoria, IL.

Following a pandemic hiatus and a move back home to Chicago, Vincent Byas became the band’s drummer and Rain Garden was reborn at first as a two piece, now with Reid as the bassist, and Maya Halko on guitar. The four craft dynamic alt rock that pairs sweetness with depth, melodic vocals with swirling walls of sound and hypnotic rhythm. Going into 2023 the quartet is working on their debut album.
