Northwest Side Solidarity Network Benefit Concert

Sun, Oct 15 6:00PM

$15 Adv, $20 Dos + Fees | 21+

Northwest Side Solidarity Network is a local mutual aid society dedicated to helping provide for our neighbors.

We run a free monthly food pantry with produce, milk, eggs, diapers, and even vaccinations and haircuts for any person or family in need. Over the last year, the number of families we serve has steadily risen, and we are raising money to make sure we can continue to provide for our community in need.

This show features some of Chicago’s most exciting up-and-comers, including XXXXXXX (we’ll tell you soon), Josephine, and Caleb Ramos, with a special DJ set from the mighty FINOM!

Josephine makes a mix of alternative, indie, rock and pop. Her music can sound like 3 songs in one with soft vocals and driving guitars. After going as “Joz” pre-pandemic (where she made mostly pop music) she decided she needed a change in name, sound and style which led to using her full name “Josephine”.

Caleb Ramos is an exciting new voice on the Chicago soundscape with the release of his first album, Headlock Hotel, earlier this year. The collection of eight songs highlights Caleb’s unique and recognizable approach as a composer, multi-instrumentalist, and engineer.

Finom (formerly OHMME) is Sima Cunningham and Macie Stewart.
