$1 Beer Night: PINKSQUEEZE, Seasaw, OK Cool

Ages 21 and up
Tuesday, November 29
DOORS: 8:30pm | SHOW: 9pm

PINKSQUEEZE is a queer femme indie rock four piece from Chicago that bring community care and bubbly fun to stages in the windy city. PINKSQUEEZE shows have been described as “like being at a sleepover with friends you just haven’t met yet.”
Rock out with them as they fumble through their 20s and support each other’s mental health during a strange time in the world.

Seasaw, a duo based in Madison, WI, is Meg Golz (drums, synth, vocals) and Eve Wilczewski (guitar, vocals). Seasaw‘s music is the product of two best friends continually exploring all of the ways they can construct a singular, sarcastic indie rock sound.  They have performed alongside Chvrches, Thao & the Get Down Stay Down, Har Mar Superstar, Nada Surf, Shakey Graves, Lucius and many others.

If you long for a charming union of noodly math rock and queer-themed shoegaze, look no further than emo duo OK Cool, aka Bridget Stiebris and Haley Blomquist. These Chicago shredders not only play twangy riffs deep enough to be in a Foxing song, but they also prove their shoegaze mastery through beautifully reverberated telecasters and transcendent vocal effects.
